- JIEP, Japan Institute of Electronics Packaging, commended
OKI Printed Circuits for the excellence in the presentation of "Methods in electric characteristic evaluation using printed board coupon", in the 24th JIEP Conference held in Mar. 10, 2010.
The advance of electronic-device technologies have caused a number of challenges to surface, including higher speeds and frequencies, more compact, thinner, and lightweight devices, heat resistance, EMC resistance, and environmental resistance. We meet our cusotmers' needs in the field of industrial boards, leveraging the technologies and experience we have accumulated in the manufacture of printed boards for information and communications devices.
We leverage our long experience in our core technologies to develop high-detail/high-precision multilayer boards and products integrating them (e.g. functional module boards). In manufacturing, we have built a digital flexible production line based on a production quality-control system we developed in-house. This line has won us high praise for our ability to quickly meet the needs of our customers, as they move to increasingly large product lines, smaller lots, and ultra-short delivery cycles.
